Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order and return products purchased from ploxarelghyz.world within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Cancellation Period

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, products must be:

• Unopened and in original, undamaged packaging
• In the same condition as when received
• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important: Under UK law, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
